Grinding Plant

This project was to relocate an existing plant to a new location.

We designed the plant based on process flow chart & plot plan provided by the clients and provided tender documentation for sourcing contractors and constructing the plant.

Our engineering design scope includes:

• Structural design – We designed all steel supporting structures and maintenance platforms
• Electrical design – We designed all electrical works from low voltage transformer to all motors, which includes MCC design, cable sizing, cable routing design and etc.
• Process automation design – We designed PLC system and Instrumentation  control for the process
• Mechanical design – We designed equipment, silo and tankages used for the project
• Piping design – We designed all piping routing and generate isometric drawings for fabrication.
