COCOA BEAN WAREHOUSE PROJECT

The project called for the erection of a cocoa bean warehouse and an office building. The 4,000 m² warehouse was built on virgin land of 20,000 m² come with high wall fencing and fire-fighting system.We were appointed as the Consultant and Owner’s Representative for the project. We provided engineering services to prepare the conceptual layout, tender documents, detailed drawings, vendor’s pre-qualification interviews and evaluation. Upon the award of the project, our engineer was appointed as the Owner resident engineer to supervise the project execution including budget control.
