flue gas chimney project

This project was to replace the existing 42.37m Height Flue Gas Chimney with a new 52.7m height chimney come with stainless steel linings and insulation.

Our scope included the followings:

• Design of the new chimney,
• Authority submission,
• Fabrication of the new chimney,
• Insulation of the new chimney
• Piling & all the associated civil works,
• Remove the existing chimney,
• Installation of the new chimney,
• Connecting the ducting from 3 boilers to the new chimney

Full service from engineering design untill receipt of CSC from the authority saving valuable time for our client. Besides, we had to work under strict safety standards set by the government as well as the client to ensure the project was carrying out safely. Our experienced project team also ensured that the project is completed within the plant shutdown period given without affecting the on-going production.
