Marine paint factory expansion project

This project was to expand the plant capacity by converting existing offices to production plant and installation of additional mixing equipment.Our scopes includes engineering design and authority submission, civil works, fabrication of vessel, ducting & piping works, mechanical & electrical installation. The challenges of the projects are working in flammable environment. Most of the works can only be carried out during night time where no production. Besides, all the electrical items need to complied to explosion proof zone 1 requirement.
